Q: Hello there, Me and my parents are going to book this tour for May 4th to 7th. We have a problem with the flight schedule that we are looking for. The flight will land in Las Vegas at 3.30 pm and we have to meet the tour guide at 3.30 pm in the hotel. Is there any way of arranging a late pickup from the hotel. Please let us know if there is any other option option. We really want to go on on this tour and from May 4th to 7th are the only days that fits in our schedules. Q: Hello, I'm interested in this 3 day tour. There is a problem with the flight arrangement that we looking for (from May 4th to May 7th). Here you have said that we should meet the tour guide at 3.30 on May 4th at the hotel. But the flight arrives in Las Vegas at 3.33 pm. This is the cheapest flight I can get.
